In this role, you will become an essential part of our team at one of North America's largest commercial printing operations located in Winchester, VA. Your technical expertise will be instrumental in powerfully driving our operations forward, and your contributions will be recognized and valued.

Your Responsibilities:
• Conduct advanced PLC troubleshooting and diagnostics, including ladder logic programming.
• Install and maintain relay and PLC-controlled systems.
• Service and calibrate AC/DC motors and drives.
• Work safely with voltages up to 480 VAC.
• Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades as needed.
• Read and interpret blueprints using both standard and metric measurements.
What You Bring:
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on industrial electrical experience.
• Strong expertise in PLC systems including troubleshooting and modifying ladder logic.
• Experience with motors, transformers, power distribution, and drive systems.
• A willingness to work a 12-hour compressed schedule to achieve work-life balance.
• Your own tools and a commitment to safety and precision.
• Bonus: Experience in the printing industry is a plus!
